Operations related to the share buyback program

On February 14, 2022, Össur hf. launched a share buyback program (“Program”), see Company Announcement no. 05/2022.

The objective of the program is to reduce the Company’s share capital and adjust the capital structure by distributing capital to shareholders in accordance with the Company’s capital structure and capital allocation policy. The Program will end no later than December 23, 2022, but the Company has the right to discontinue the Program at any time. The Company may purchase up to 2,000,000 shares under the Program, corresponding to 0.47% of the current share capital. The aggregate consideration for shares purchased under the program shall not exceed $10 million.

The following transactions were made under the program during the period April 4, 2022April 8, 2022.

Össur acquired 407,992 shares under the Program at an average price of DKK38.39. Following the above transactions, Össur holds 1,034,359 shares, corresponding to 0.24% of the total share capital of the Company.

The Nasdaq Copenhagen Program is conducted pursuant to Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on Market Abuse (“MAR”), and Commission Delegated Regulation 2016/1052.
